Every item made at David Beard Designs is uniquely and custom made. Because of this, once a order has been approved, there are no refunds or exchanges. Please review our refund and exchange guid lines listed below.
Due to the custom nature of each product, there are ZERO refunds or exchanges. If you receive a damaged item in shipping, a replacement like item can be requested. Requested item must be requested within 72 hours of item being marked a delivered by the delivery company.
All shipped items will be tracked with tracking and provided to the receiving party. Once a shipping partner (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) has marked the item has been delivered, you have 72 hours from then to report a damaged item. You must contact David Beard Designs to report the item damaged and provide all necessary information (type of item, damages incurred, proof of damages, etc). The more information provided will speed the process.
David Beard Designs is not responsible for incorrect address' provided by the individual placing the order. All shipping address are provided directly from the customer.
