Welcome, and thank you for supporting our custom woodworking business. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Custom Orders
All of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. This means:
- Custom designs are created based on the information and preferences provided by the customer.
- Final design proofs (if applicable) must be approved before production begins.
- Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.
2. Payment
- Full payment is required before any work begins.
- We accept all major credit cards, apple pay, and Venmo.
3. Production Time
- Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the order and current workload.
- Estimated completion and delivery times will be provided at the time of order. Delays due to material shortages or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or quoted during the ordering process.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays once the item has been handed over to the carrier.
- Any damage during shipping must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a clear defect or error on our part.
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item.
6. Communication
- We maintain regular communication with clients throughout the design and production process.
- Please respond promptly to messages or proofs to avoid delays in your order.
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, photos, and product concepts are the property of David Beard Designs
- You may not replicate, resell, or reproduce any of our products or designs without permission.
